How to Fight AIDS

As I write this article, there is no cure for AIDS yet. It is not quite easy to find cure for one. The battle against Aids is really an unending war. Will man ever win this war? Although there are many anti retroviral drugs that try to delay the progression of the deadly virus, the menace of the virus is still apparent. HIV, the virus that causes AIDS is a killer. The next question is - how can we escape from this deadly, killer? If there is route for escape, it is only one route. The only way to escape this deadly virus is to avoid being infected with the virus. Prevention is much better than contacting this killer virus.

How can one become infected with HIV? There are basically four primary ways through which an individual can be infected with HIV. The first way is by using a needle or syringe contaminated with the Human Immune Virus. The second way is through blood transfusions. The third way is through sexual intercourse which could be vaginal, anal or oral. Also, a HIV-infected mother can pass the virus to the baby.

How to avoid being infected with of HIV

You can prevent yourself from getting this deadly virus if you:

*Avoid using needle or syringe contaminated with HIV.

*Avoid having sexual intercourse if you are not married. In addition to this, married partners should be faithful to each other.

*If your partner is infected, wear latex condom correctly and consistently during sexual intercourse.

With this you will be able to live a HIV free life. HIV is real!
